By accessing and using the World 2050 Physiotherapy Clinic website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

World 2050 Physiotherapy Clinic provides professional physiotherapy services including but not limited to IFT, Laser Therapy, Mechanical Traction, Cupping Therapy, and home visit services. All treatments are administered by certified MPT doctors.

3. Appointments & Booking

• Appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by calling us directly
• A confirmation will be sent to your registered email or phone upon successful booking
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time
• For home visit services, ensure access to the treatment area is available at the scheduled time

4. Cancellation Policy

We request a minimum of 4 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. For home visit appointments, cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a partial charge to cover travel costs.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service
• We accept cash, UPI, and online payments via our secure payment gateway
• Receipts will be provided upon request
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
